The Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides the Constitutional right to self-representation. That right should be enjoyed without fear of harassment or judicial prejudice. Furthermore, no law, regulation, or policy should exist to abridge or surreptitiously extinguish that right. But, this is a fantasy.
63% of the parties in state and federal courts today are Non-Lawyers. There are almost 30 million cases filed annually in which at least one of the parties is not a lawyer, but until now, there is no association to help protect the parties without Lawyers. Those without lawyers almost always lose. This Association will help you for free, and we will strive to help the 63% obtain legal rights and regain our Constitutional rights.
